About the event
Please join us for our Clean Lakes Community Coffee, presented by Johnson Financial Group, on Tuesday, May 13th, 2025! This year, we’re excited to feature Voices of the Watershed — a timely and important conversation reflecting all that’s happening in our community and environment.
Our Clean Lakes Community Coffee speakers include:
- Members of the Redbird Clan
- Dane County Executive Melissa Agard
- Mayor of Madison, Satya Rhodes-Conway
- Doug Nelson, Regional President, Johnson Financial Group
- Samantha Skenandore
We will continue the tradition of bringing together our watershed’s premier scientists, business and organizational leaders, heads of government, and officials from the Ho-Chunk Nation to learn more about the lakes (originally known as Teejop) and new opportunities for continued collaboration and progress.
Clean Lakes Alliance and its fellow Yahara CLEAN Compact members will highlight the latest science and Renew the Blue stakeholder guidance that will direct future cleanup actions.
* As a nonprofit, and in light of the current economic uncertainty, we are keeping things simple this year. Instead of a full breakfast, we’ll be serving coffee, orange juice, and a selection of pastries. We appreciate your understanding and support as we take thoughtful steps to reduce costs while continuing our mission.
